Dos anybody know if the older style shower heads are available now. I have about 2M head to the shower for hot water and modern shower heads just dont let the water through. I have considered drilling out the holes to 1mm, but if I can avoid that I will.

The flow restrictor in some of the "low flow" heads is actually removable and sits behind the spray head. If you can unscrew the face you'll quickly know if it can be removed or not.

I am not talking about low flow heads.
I am talking about low head situations where the hot water tank is only 2M above the shower.
In such situations, as I mentioned earlier traditional shower heads do not work well, the correct style has bigger holes and often the feed pipes are bigger. But I cantfind them.
