Approx 9 acres situated at Little Hartley in NSW. Powerand phone and partly cleared. There is one dam that has never dried up.
The house has excellent views of the Cox and Kanimbla Valleys. The house has been completed to the point that it can be lived in. It has a large fuel stove. The house is a number of interconnected Yurt style buildings.
Little Hartley is located on the western edge of the Blue Mountains about 130km west of Sydney, 30 km west of Katoomba and 10km east of Lithgow.
