Ive got a permit to erect a kit shed/garage in Vic (50% complete)

Does this classify me as an owner builder

After the shed is finished I want to extend the house as an owner Builder.
Ive read I cannot have 2 permits as an O/B within 3 years

Anyone shed some light on this please

I vaguely remembered something about the number of permits being related to the property, as there was some discussion about this at the time the permit system was being implemented, but wasn't sure (I may potentially be in the same boat), but after Jnr's post followed his link to find this:

It states:
"May obtain building permits for a single dwelling and associated
work on a single property, in any three-year period."

Note the "permits" ie. multiple permits but only on a "single property".

So yes you are an OB and yes you can have 2 permits for the single property in three years.
